Here's Blade's 2nd Freestyle Round from the Colorado Canine Challenge's UFO Major, highest scoring round of the day! Now that Five and Raccoon Jack are retired, Blade has become my 'main man'.............and yes, I realize he's a border collie ; )
Chill is my newest addition, a nearly 2 yr old ACD mix adopted from New Hope Cattle Dog Rescue in Arizona............. .I've only had him about 3 months! This was his 2nd freestyle competition, at the Colorado Canine Challenge's UFO Major on August 7, 2010. He finished 5th in the Freestyle division and 10th Overall............. I'm a proud dog mama!

Raccoon Jack's silly new trick, I call it the "Beep Beep" trick............... .it started as teaching him to crawl backwards but quickly morphed into its very own thing! Hope you like it.
Some of my winter weave pole training with Blade, Crash, Rampage, and Frenzy.............w orking the tough entries at speed. I love Susan G's 2x2 method. I completely trained Rampage using her 2x2's and retrained both Blade and Frenzy to get more reliable entries, and WOW it worked!
Special guest appearance by Five dog at the end...............sh owcasing his crazy reverse weaving skills.
Our 9 month old BC pup gets his first herding test on sheep here at Purina Farm. Wow, he shows tons of natural instinct - maybe I will take up herding as well???
Our 5.5 month old BC pup, Fuze, is such a good pupper..........neve r gets into anything, very serious and intense for such a young guy. But...........he does have one evil weakness (don't we all!)...........TOIL ET PAPER!!!!!!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving to all! Adrian and I celebrated by jamming with 11 of the 12 dogs (five has a busted tail), we are so thankful for our family, friends, and of course our dogs. So eat some leftover turkey, throw back a beer or 2, and give thanks for all the great things in your life!
It will be a year mid-December since I adopted Courage from TN Valley ACD rescue, and man has this little dog come a long long way! He is such a jammin' disc dog and athlete, and improving on his shyness issues everyday. I hope to compete with him in FS in 2009, in the meantime, just enjoying our training fun!
